Follow the steps below to recover your password or regain access after MFA issues β€” no login needed.

Password Recovery
Use this guide if you have forgotten your password or your password no longer works.
  1. 1Go to the login page at /login
  2. 2Click Forgot password? below the sign-in button
  3. 3Enter your registered email address and click Send
  4. 4Check your inbox for a reset link (valid 60 minutes). Check spam if it doesn't arrive within 5 minutes.
  5. 5Click the link and choose a new password of at least 8 characters with uppercase, number, and symbol.

No email received? Contact your organisation administrator β€” they can send a manual reset link from Settings β†’ Users.

MFA / Two-Factor Recovery
Use this guide if you can no longer access your authenticator app (lost phone, factory reset, etc.).
  1. 1Try recovery codes β€” at MFA setup you were shown 8 one-time codes. Enter one in the MFA field.
  2. 2If no recovery codes: contact your organisation admin. They can disable MFA in Settings β†’ Users β†’ Edit User.
  3. 3If you are the only admin: contact B-Brave support (see below) with proof of identity and organisation name.
  4. 4Once MFA is disabled, log in and go to Settings β†’ Security β†’ Set up MFA to re-enrol.

Tip: After re-enrolment, store recovery codes in a password manager or print and secure them.

Account Locked / Suspended
Accounts are temporarily locked after multiple failed sign-in attempts.
  1. 1Wait 15 minutes β€” the lockout lifts automatically.
  2. 2If still locked, do a password reset β€” this also clears the lockout.
  3. 3If suspended by an admin, contact your organisation administrator.

New Account / Registration
Create a new account or join an existing organisation.
  1. 1Go to /login and select Create account and enter your name, email, and password.
  2. 2After sign-up you are taken to the Organisation Setup wizard.
  3. 3To be invited: ask your admin to go to Settings β†’ Users β†’ Invite User.
