Common questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Cloud Starter and Professional plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Sign in, create your organisation, and all features are fully available for 14 days.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Upgrading is instant.
What counts as a "managed asset"?
Any device tracked in your CMDB — servers, workstations, network devices, mobile devices, and virtual machines. Discovered-but-unconfirmed nodes in network scans do not count toward your limit.
Can Gatekeeper run on-premise or air-gapped?
Yes. The Enterprise plan supports on-premise, hybrid, and fully air-gapped deployments using a self-hosted Supabase instance. No data ever leaves your network. See the Architecture page for details.
How does MSP / multi-tenant pricing work?
MSP pricing is per active tenant per month. Volume discounts apply from 5+ tenants. Contact us for a custom quote based on your client count and feature requirements.
Is there a DPA and SLA available?
Yes. A standard GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement and Service Level Agreement are available on request. Enterprise and MSP plans include these by default.
What happens after my 14-day trial ends?
Your trial automatically converts to a read-only state — no charges, no data loss. You can still log in and view your data but cannot create or modify records. To continue, choose a plan and enter payment details. Upgrading is instant and restores full access. If you do nothing, your account stays in read-only mode for 90 days before archival.
What does the Enterprise “From €899” mean?
€899/month is the starting price for on-premise or air-gapped Enterprise deployments with up to 1,000 assets. Final pricing depends on asset count, deployment complexity, and support SLA tier. Contact sales for a detailed quote tailored to your organisation.
